our companionship support includes; one-on-one visits, socializing and engaging with activities of choice (reading, board games, puzzles, music, etc.), assistance with feeding, respite care, light grooming and light housekeeping 

Housekeeping

our light housekeeping service includes; day-to-day chores, laundry, vacuuming, cleaning

Meal Assist

our meal assist service includes; feeding, meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping and clean-up.

Transport Assist

our transport assist help you with appointments, grocery shopping, social visits, our van can transport up to 5 clients in comfort and is equipped to transport 1 wheelchair bound client.

RESPITE Care

when you need some time for yourself (caregiver), you can count on us to cover for you and take care of your loved ones, we offer HCA and non-HCA support

EOL/ Palliative Care

our end-of-life/ palliative care service is tailored to provide compassionate care and symptoms control during the last stages of life, it could be provided by our health care aides and/or nurses

Our services are designed with a collaborative approach to care.

Care plans are developed/ updated based on the client's needs and wishes and documentation is done after each visit which is shared with the clients/ SDMs.
