Happy to Care Inc. was founded in 2025 by Frazer.

The story began when Frazer was quite young and his grandparents were in a seniors home cared for by missionary nuns. Having seen their selfless act of compassion and dedication towards caring for strangers in needs, he was touched by their act of kindness and decided to repay it back someday.

Frazer moved to Canada, and in 2008 started working as a Health Care Aide. He loved the close interaction with the residents and cherished every moment of it, but was limited in what he could do for them. He decided to become a Licensed Practical Nurse and in 2016 graduated from Norquest College. With a wider scope of practice he was able to assist the residents with a broader range of services.

There were still some area of care that was out of scope, so he decided to take a certification course in "Advanced foot care" and became a certified foot care nurse. He then opened Happy Feet Inc. in 2018 and with a dedicated team of foot care nurses is currently helping more than 1400 clients with their foot care needs on a regular basis.

Based on observation and market research, Frazer sees a huge gap in the need for more dedicated and reliable home care service providers and  believes that he could make a difference by bring together skilled and compassionate Health Care Aides and Nurses to provide exceptional home care services.
